Responsibilities 1. End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives, reward and recognition programs, employee welfare activities, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance management processes. 3. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies. Maintain statutory records, coordinate compliance audits, and monitor contractor compliance. 4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:



Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to fulfil permanent and contractual manpower requirements, ensure timely closures, and maintain adequate staffing levels. 5. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary HR representative at the client site, manage client relationships, coordinate with internal HR teams, guide site HR coordinators, and ensure effective HR service delivery. Requirements 1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a graduate degree with relevant HR experience. 2. 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within facility management, hospitality, manufacturing, services, or client-facing environments. 3. Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and end-to-end HR operations. 4. Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, attendance management, and HRMIS. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage HR operations at a client site. What's in it for you?
