Dhenkanal, Odisha Remote Date Posted Oct 30, 2026 In the spotlight The Role We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage storage, handling, and dispatch of ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee the protected receipt, storage, and dispatch of ENA and Ethanol stocks.
- Maintain accurate excise records and daily stock registers for government compliance.
- Coordinate tanker loading operations, ensuring correct dip readings and density checks.
- Monitor storage tank levels and temperatures to prevent evaporation or leakage losses.
- Verify all shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills, and transport permits.
- Manage warehouse staff and loaders to ensure efficient and timely dispatch schedules.




- Enforce strict and fire safety protocols within the high-hazard zone.
- Liaise with excise officials for physical verification and sealing of tankers.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to match production with dispatch. Qualifications Must have
- 12TH TO ANY GRADUATE
- 3+ years experience
- Excise related experience and knowledge is a must Qualities
- Ensure proper stock management
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure safe handling
- Maintain warehouse discipline
- Ensure timely dispatch
- Follow safety guidelines
