Company: Seven Seas Hotel Department: Engineering & Maintenance Designation: Engineering Supervisor Experience Required: 5–7 Years Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Job Summary Seven Seas Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to supervise the hotel's daily maintenance activities and lead the technical team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and utility systems while maintaining high operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the hotel.
- Manage and allocate duties to technicians and engineering staff.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor the functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and service areas.
- Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance complaints from guests and internal departments.
- Supervise repair and maintenance work involving DG sets, chillers, boilers, pumps, lifts, and other equipment.
- Maintain departmental records, maintenance checklists, and equipment logbooks.




- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.
- Monitor the availability of engineering tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and statutory requirements.
- Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and other engineering team members for smooth operations. Eligibility & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in supervising technicians and maintenance teams.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in 4-star/5-star hotel, resort and Hospital will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
