Take a business's busiest, most repetitive conversations and hand them to an AI that does them well. We design, build and launch AI agents that answer in Hindi and English, take down what the customer needs, and book the next step. We are early, small and hands-on, and you will build with us from week one. What you will do
- Sit in on customer discovery conversations and map what a business's calls and messages look like
- Turn that into a working agent: the prompt, the knowledge base, the call flow and the booking rules
- Launch voice agents first, then chat and WhatsApp agents as we add them
- Test every agent with 20 scored calls and decide whether it is ready for a real customer
- Write test scenarios in Hindi, English and Hinglish, including the awkward ones
- Find where an agent goes wrong, such as inventing an answer or mishearing a number,

and fix it What you bring
- Fluent Hindi and English, and a transparent phone voice
- Curiosity about how different businesses run, and the habit of teaching yourself new software
- Close attention to detail and the discipline to meet deadlines
- 30 hours a week for 3 months, in Mumbai or able to visit occasionally
- Aged 18 or over. Any course or year. No experience needed. What you get
