₹22,000–₹24,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for experienced Indian Curry Cooks at the Commis I level who have strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, curry preparation, and kitchen operations. The candidate should be capable of preparing authentic Indian gravies and dishes while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and traditional dishes.
- Prepare base gravies, sauces, spice mixes, and other kitchen preparations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and food presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen section.
- Monitor ingredient availability and report stock requirements.




- Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation.
- Follow food safety procedures and kitchen operating standards.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain effective use of ingredients. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian curries, gravies, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to maintain consistency in food quality and taste.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Good teamwork, time management, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a Commis I or in a similar Indian curry section role. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in hotel kitchens, restaurants, or commercial food establishments. Pay: ₹22,000.00
