Sales Executive – Land & Plots Role: Sales Executive – Land & PlotsExperience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential buyers for residential and commercial plots.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, references, and other sales channels.
- Explain plot details, location, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for interested buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with prospective customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and investors.
- Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and accounts teams.
- Assist customers with booking procedures and required documentation.
- Maintain client databases and update lead details in CRM.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, property rates, and competitor activities. Required

Skills:
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate, land, and plot sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of site visits and property documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
