Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily dispatch of finished goods as per approved orders.
- Verify product name, batch number, quantity, and expiry details before dispatch.
- Ensure dispatch only of QA-released finished goods.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and transporters.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and transportation of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain batch-wise dispatch records and daily dispatch MIS.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and GDP guidelines.
- Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues. Qualification & Experience
- Graduation Required.
