Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Key Duties & Responsibilities Accounting Operations
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash entries
- Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections Reconciliation
- Assist in bank reconciliations and basic ledger reconciliations
- Help identify and resolve discrepancies Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Support audit documentation and compliance requirements Month-End Support
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account schedules
- Support preparation of basic financial reports Compliance & Taxation
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors)
- Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and documentation Other Responsibilities
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience

Com (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered) Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
