Role Description The Team Lead role at Skillofy_AI is a full time, remote position responsible for guiding a cross-functional team in delivering high-quality learning experiences and AI-driven solutions. This role includes planning and prioritizing team work, coordinating with instructors, mentors, and product stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of programs and projects. The Team Lead oversees day-to-day operations such as monitoring learner engagement, tracking key performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes based on feedback and data.



Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, facilitating collaboration, aligning tasks with strategic goals, and maintaining clear communication across teams. The Team Lead is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of program content, delivery, and learner outcomes, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, performance management, and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, product teams, and business partners.
- Experience in edtech, education, AI, software development, or related digital domains, and familiarity with both technical and non-technical learning programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with using data and metrics to make decisions and improve processes.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and workflows, and a track record of success in distributed or remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
