Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Customer Meetings and Presentations
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
- Present products, solutions, and value propositions effectively.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Proposal and Negotiation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
- Account Management
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure timely renewals and contract extensions.
- CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Update sales forecasts and pipeline reports regularly.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Share market insights with management.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, customer success, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
