- ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance) Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic, clear-spoken, and customer-oriented individuals to join our international/domestic voice support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries over the phone and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by resolving issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Log details of all calls and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
