FITTPLUS is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Manager to oversee daily gym operations, manage memberships, coordinate trainers, and help grow the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily gym operations.
- Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and member retention.
- Coordinate trainers, staff schedules, and attendance.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain membership records, collections, expenses, and reports and reconciliation at month end
- Promote memberships, offers, and fitness programs with digital marketing team
- Resolve member complaints professionally.

Requirements:




- Graduate preferred; relevant experience also considered.
- Experience in gym management, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Fitness industry knowledge is an advantage.

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and skills. Performance incentives may be available.
