Job Description
Western Overseas Study Abroad Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Visa Counselor for its Bathinda branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the study visa process and helping them achieve their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding various visa categories, including Study, Work, Tourist, Visitor, Business, and other immigration visas.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on their eligibility, requirements, and objectives.
- Guide clients through the complete visa process, including documentation, application filing, and submission.
- Ensure accuracy of visa applications and compliance with embassy requirements and immigration regulations.
- Provide guidance on financial documentation, visa interviews, eligibility criteria, and supporting documents.
- Stay updated with changing visa policies, immigration rules, and embassy guidelines across different countries.
- Handle complex client cases, resolve queries, and provide regular application status updates.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely completion of visa applications.
- Follow up with prospective clients, maintain accurate records, and achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration.
- Knowledge of different visa categories and country-specific visa procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to assess client profiles and provide appropriate visa guidance.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills.
