A. Required Education Qualification -
- Post-Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Floriculture etc. or Post Graduation in Veterinary Sciences, Dairying/ Poultry/Sheep-breeding/Goatery/ Sericulture etc. or M.
B.
A (Agri. Business Food Process Management) or (Agri. Business Input Management) or (Agri. Business Technology Management) or (Agri. Business) or M.
Tech. (Agriculture) or MBM (Agri. Business Management) or Post-Graduation in Rural Development Business Management Entrepreneurship Development preferably with 1st Division. B. Experience Required-
- He/she should have minimum 7+ years' of post qualification experience of working with community institutions, their federations and producers group on livelihoods issues, analyzing value chain viable business plans for poor to support their livelihoods, experience in Govt. /Semi Govt. organization dealing with Govt. schemes or programmes in this area like Horticulture, Piggery, Poultry etc. will be given He/She preference. should have experience in project appraisal
- technical, financial and commercial of Farm and non-farm sector-based activities. He/she should have worked in large project specifically for promotion of farm and non-farm based enterprise at a senior position in field. C. Key Roles & Responsibilities-
- The candidate should be self-motivated to propose and develop and successfully execute new thematic strategies for promotion of livelihood in Farm and Non-Farm sectors.
- Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.




- Ensure creating eco-system for income generating activities.
- Identify value addition & market linkages, facilitate formation of higher order enterprises PG, PE/FPO, Cluster, facilitate Lakhpati initiative, SVEP, ODOP.
- Development of proposals, RFP, MoU as and when directed by client.
- Attend State/ National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc. and support in finalizing minutes of meeting to other State Program Managers as and when required.
- Team management at district level across Haryana.
- Support State Program Managers of other domains.
- Other assignments as per directions of client. D. Skills Required-
- Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the government work setting (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, E-mail. Knowledge of objectives of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM).
- Knowledge of SRI, SCI, Organic Farming, Natural Farming, Kitchen Garden, Millet Promotion, Vegetable cluster, Agro-Ecological Practices, DAY-NRLMfarm livelihood intervention, livestock, farm/non-farm livelihood planning.
- LokOS Farm module, SVEP, ODOP, Non-farm trades, Market linkage, Business Development, Producer groups, CFCs, DAY-NRLM initiatives in farming/ non-farming livelihoods.
- MIS, Dashboard, reporting, team management, training & capacity building, market & value chain skills, GeM/E-Commerce, SARAS Mela, Convergence with Agri/Horticulture,/Animal Husbandry /KVK / NABARD /MSME. E. Last Date of Apply:
