About the role
We are looking for an HR Executive to hire and manage our growing team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing and real estate sales roles, and handle day-to-day HR operations at our Noida office.

- Source, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and test tasks with the hiring managers
- Review portfolios for creative roles and check sales track records for real estate roles
- Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and run onboarding and induction
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee records and payroll inputs
- Manage joining and exit formalities,



including documentation and full-and-final settlement
- Drive employee engagement, performance review cycles and team retention
- Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs and a talent pipeline for future hiring Requirements
- 25 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
- Experience hiring for real estate sales, digital marketing or creative roles is strongly preferred
- Understanding of what makes a good video editor, designer, sales executive and ads specialist
- Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
- Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Graduate required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
