Job Title: Vigilance & Fraud Investigation Manager Job Purpose: To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, employee misconduct, corruption, and ethical violations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate fraud, employee misconduct, corruption, and whistle-blower complaints.
- Collect evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare investigation reports.
- Monitor suspicious staff transactions and identify fraud-prone areas.
- Conduct surprise checks, branch inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Recommend disciplinary actions and preventive controls.
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and HR teams.
- Prepare vigilance MIS reports and promote fraud awareness.

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA, CA, Law, or relevant qualifications preferred.

Experience:
15+ years in Vigilance, Fraud Investigation, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Banking Operations.
