We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team at our Motera, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimising budgets, improving conversions and delivering measurable ROI for clients or businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
- Manage daily budgets and ensure effective utilisation of advertising spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Analyse campaign reports and provide performance insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and generate quality leads or sales.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages and bidding strategies. Required Skills
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Good understanding of PPC strategies and campaign optimisation.
- Experience with Search,
Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Time Zone)
