Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Dr Pal’s NewME is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR systems, while ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements. The HR Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, performance management processes, and HR initiatives that support engagement, retention, and professional development.



This position requires proactive communication, coordination with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of HR practices in a growing, healthcare-focused environment. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as managing HR documentation, HRIS tools, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle concerns fairly, maintain confidentiality, and support an inclusive workplace.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies expertise, including developing, implementing, and updating policies aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
- Relevant additional qualifications include knowledge of labor laws, experience in remote or distributed teams, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use HR data to inform decisions is beneficial.
