Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Candidates must be able to speak both english and Tamil fluently.
- Explain real estate project details, pricing, and benefits.
- Generate leads and fix appointments / site visits.
- Maintain follow-up calls to increase walk-ins.
- Update customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in real estate telemarketing is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
