About the Role
micro1 is hiring experienced Data Analysts for a high-impact customer project focused on business data analysis and AI training. The selected candidates will review, analyze, and validate large-scale business datasets to improve the accuracy, quality, and reliability of next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in data analysis, document review, data privacy, PII handling, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze large business datasets for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Perform document reviews while maintaining strict data privacy and PII compliance.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, and quality issues.
- Provide detailed analytical feedback to support AI model training.
- Maintain and improve data quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
