About Rooly Media Rooly Media is a digital marketing agency specialising in real estate. We help developers, channel partners and brokers grow through social media content, video production, performance ads and lead generation.

About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to run the social media accounts of our real estate clients. You will plan, publish and grow their presence across platforms, working closely with our creative, video and ads teams.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the social media accounts of multiple real estate clients (developers, channel partners and brokers) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Create monthly content calendars for each client: project launches, site updates, walkthroughs, festive offers and possession updates
- Write captions, hooks and hashtags that speak to homebuyers and investors
- Brief the graphic designers and video editors, and review creatives before posting
- Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories on time
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries) and share monthly reports with clients




- Respond to comments and DMs, and route property enquiries to the client or the sales team
- Coordinate with the ads team so organic content supports paid lead-generation campaigns
- Follow real estate trends, competitor projects and trending reel formats Requirements
- 14 years of experience managing social media, preferably at an agency
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a must: project types, RERA basics, buyer journey, how property is marketed
- Experience handling multiple brand accounts at once
- Robust writing skills in English; Hindi is a plus
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights and a scheduling tool
- Basic Canva skills
- Organised, deadline-driven and comfortable dealing with clients

What we offer

20,000 – 35,000 per month, based on experience
