Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site staff.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the planning, billing, purchase, and project teams as required. Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.
E./B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects.




- Candidates with experience in roads, bridges, railways, earthwork, or other infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, measurements, drawings, and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
