Desserts and bakery product handling. Kitchen inventory and daily stock. Recipe standardisation and food costing. Kitchen staff supervision. Maintaining consistent food quality across every order. Key performance expectation: The CDP must ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets The Tea Coterie's standards for taste, presentation, portion size, hygiene and consistency. Pay: ₹20,000.00
