Role Description This full-time Graphic Designer role at Array & Co. is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work from home. The Graphic Designer will translate creative briefs into visual concepts, design brand identities, logos, and campaign assets for digital and print, and refine typography and layout across various formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative directors and copywriters, preparing production-ready files, iterating on feedback during design sprints, and maintaining consistent visual standards for client brands. The role also involves contributing to brainstorming sessions, supporting packaging design projects,



and staying current with design trends and tools to enhance the studio’s output. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure clear, balanced, and expressive communication.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Candidates should demonstrate a well-organized portfolio showcasing brand identity systems, logos, and campaign work.
- Candidates should have strong visual communication, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and respond to feedback constructively.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model in Hyderabad, managing time effectively across in-studio and remote collaboration.
