6-10 years in construction (2-3 years in industrial projects preferred) Type: Full time

About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead PMC activities for industrial construction projects. This is a client-side monitoring and management role, not contractor-side execution. You will oversee planning, progress, quality, safety, cost and contract administration, and reporting from commencement to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and baseline schedules; monitor progress and analyse delays
- Recommend and track corrective and recovery plans
- Monitor civil, structural, PEB, flooring and finishing works for compliance
- Coordinate civil interfaces with MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting)
- Oversee quality (ITP/QAP, material approvals, NCRs) and HSE compliance
- Review contractor measurements, variations and RA bills




- Lead review meetings, prepare MOMs and prepare DPR, WPR and monthly reports
- Maintain RFI, submittal and drawing registers and approval trackers
- Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Guide site engineers and manage snagging and handover Requirements

Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- PMC, client-side or consultancy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of RCC, PEB, foundations, industrial flooring and finishing
- Working knowledge of MEP coordination
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of BOQ, billing review and contract administration
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
