As an Assistant Technical Manager at JLL, you will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants. This role requires you to serve as an engineering and facilities management expert while fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.



You will manage multiple sites and projects while guiding and mentoring team members, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence that directly contributes to JLLs mission of delivering exceptional facility management solutions and creating transformative experiences for our clients. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs while conducting regular safety inspections
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projects while collaborating with Architects, engineers, and contractors
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions while continuously improving systems to save costs for clients
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients while developing and implementing innovative facility solutions
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the facilities management team while boosting staff satisfaction and morale
