Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing using Linkedin, internal database / ATS tools, direct applicants, qualified networks.
• Conduct rapid screening and RPS (Recruiter Phone Screen) to qualify candidates for further process.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with hiring forecasts.
• Deliver swift turnaround on incoming applications to maximize candidate engagement.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to recruiters and leads.
• Maintain active candidate engagement. Proactively involve in prepping the candidates at each stage of the interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity in the ATS/CRM system. Required Skills &

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in Tech Product hiring.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume sourcing requirements.
• Excellent research, networking, and communication skills.
