About the Role
AVGC XR Training Academy is looking for an experienced 3D Animation professional who is passionate about teaching, mentoring and preparing aspiring artists for the animation and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong production experience, practical knowledge of professional animation workflows and the ability to deliver industry-oriented training through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training in 3D Animation, covering fundamentals to advanced production workflows.
- Teach 3D animation principles, character animation, body mechanics, weight, timing and spacing.
- Guide students through character animation exercises and production-oriented projects.
- Demonstrate skilled animation workflows and industry-standard practices.
- Review student assignments, provide constructive feedback and evaluate progress.
- Mentor students in developing professional portfolios and showreels.
- Prepare course materials, practical assignments and project briefs.
- Keep training content aligned with current animation industry requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 5 years of professional industry experience in 3D Animation.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and production pipelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of character animation, acting, body mechanics and motion.
- Experience working on professional animation projects.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex animation concepts through practical demonstrations. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in animation studios, gaming studios, VFX studios or related production environments.
- Previous teaching, mentoring or team-training experience.
- A strong professional showreel or portfolio.
