Job Title: Logistics Executive Experience Required: 2+ years Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage and streamline our supply chain, dispatch operations, and material transit for turnkey cleanroom, HVAC, and MEP projects. You will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, handling site dispatches, managing transport vendors, and ensuring the timely, damage-free delivery of engineering materials. Key Details:

Key Responsibilities
:
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound raw materials and outbound dispatches (such as cleanroom panels, doors, HVAC parts, and electrical panels) to client project sites.
* Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and crane/heavy-vehicle operators to secure competitive freight rates and ensure safe transport.
* Prepare and process critical shipping and tax documentation, including e-way bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, Lorry Receipts (LR/GR), and material gate passes.
* Track shipments proactively from factory/warehouse to client sites, manage transit timelines,



and resolve any logistics or delivery bottlenecks.
* Coordinate closely with the procurement, warehouse, and project execution teams to align dispatches with in office installation schedules.
* Maintain comprehensive inventory logs, reconciliation reports, and transport billing records. Key

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or EPC/infrastructure sector.
* Strong familiarity with GST compliance, e-way bill generation, and industrial transport documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and enterprise inventory/ERP systems.
* Strong negotiation, tracking, and problem-solving skills to manage site-critical deliveries. Pay: ₹25,000.00
