About the Role
Minerva Group of Institutions is looking for a creative, passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Designing Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Fashion Designing, Applied Art, Drawing and Painting, with the ability to guide students through theoretical concepts as well as practical creative projects. Candidates with relevant teaching experience and a strong portfolio of creative work will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach fashion designing concepts, fundamentals of design and creative techniques.
- Conduct practical sessions in drawing, painting and applied art.
- Guide students in fashion illustration, sketching and design development.
- Teach colour theory, composition, textures and visual representation.
- Help students develop creative concepts and design portfolios.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical activities and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in academic projects, exhibitions and fashion-related activities.
- Maintain academic records, attendance and student progress reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops and institutional events.
- Encourage students to develop creativity, technical skills and industry awareness. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Designing, Fine Arts, Applied Arts or a relevant discipline.




- Specialization or strong academic background in Applied Art, Drawing and Painting will be preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and creative skills is desirable. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of drawing, painting and applied art.
- Knowledge of fashion illustration and design fundamentals.
- Good teaching, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and theory classes.
- Creative thinking and student mentoring abilities.
