Com / MBA (Finance)Software: Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Office 1. Roles & Responsibilities A. Accounting & Tally Prime
- Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Manage bank reconciliation (BRS), cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers. B. GST & Taxation
- Prepare GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculations and reconciliations.
- Coordinate for GST, TDS and other statutory compliance. C. Purchase & Sales Accounting
- Verify purchase invoices, POs and GRNs.
- Prepare sales invoices and credit notes.
- Maintain vendor payments and customer outstanding.
- Prepare debtor and creditor ageing reports.
- Track project-wise billing, advances and retention payments. D. Payroll & Salary Management
- Prepare monthly salary sheets for factory and office employees.
- Calculate attendance, overtime, leave and salary deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory deductions.
- Prepare salary slips, salary registers and bank transfer sheets.
- Manage employee advances and full & final settlements. E.



Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting
- Maintain raw material, WIP and finished goods records.
- Handle inventory accounting for MDF, plywood, laminates, hardware and furniture components.
- Reconcile physical stock with Tally records.
- Monitor material consumption and production expenses.
- Coordinate with purchase, production and stores departments. F. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and cash flow reports.
- Prepare outstanding, payment and collection reports.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and profitability.
- Submit monthly financial and payroll reports to management. 2. Required Skills
- 5–8 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, PF and ESIC.
- Good command of MS Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in salary sheet preparation and payroll management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and inventory accounting. 3. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in modular office furniture manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out or project-based companies will be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00
