5. Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors and provide necessary guidance.
- Explain hospital facilities, services and available treatments.
- Assist patients with OP, IP, consultation and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing and other departments.
- Handle patient and attender queries politely and professionally.
- Collect patient feedback and report complaints to the concerned department.
- Follow up with patients regarding their treatment experience.
- Support hospital health camps, awareness programmes and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with referral doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and the local community.
- Assist in patient counselling and explain hospital procedures within the scope of the role.
- Maintain daily PRO activity reports and patient feedback records.
- Support marketing activities and hospital branding.




- Maintain patient confidentiality as per hospital policy.
- Follow NABH guidelines and hospital policies. 6. Qualifications
- Any Degree / Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge. 7. Required Skills

- ₹41,000.00 per month
