Job Summary: Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to manage freight forwarding operations and ensure the smooth handling of import and export shipments. The candidate should have good knowledge of logistics processes, shipment coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import and export freight forwarding operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Manage shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including BL, DO, invoices, and packing lists.
- Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational activities.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Experience in handling sea freight and air freight operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Pay: ₹25,000.00
