Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive who can enhance the overall store appearance through attractive product displays, effective space planning, and innovative visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute attractive window and in-store displays.
- Manage visual merchandising across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, and accessories.
- Develop zone-wise and department-wise display plans.
- Ensure effective product placement and store layout.
- Refresh displays for festivals, seasonal themes, and recent collections.
- Coordinate with store, sales, merchandising, and marketing teams.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards across all departments.




- Train and guide floor staff on VM practices.
- Manage display props, fixtures, signage, and VM budgets.
- Research fashion trends and implement creative display ideas. Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or Design preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in apparel, fashion, or saree retail.
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Good understanding of fabrics, apparel categories, and retail displays.
- Knowledge of space planning and product presentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: Marathi and Hindi mandatory; English preferred. Be a part of our team and bring creativity to the retail experience
