• Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT courses and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, training modules, fees, certifications, and placement assistance.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.
• Maintain student inquiry records, follow-ups, and admission details in CRM.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Build robust relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience. Requirements




• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in IT training or EdTech.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good understanding of IT courses such as Cloud Computing, Networking, Data Analytics, Data Science, Python, Full Stack Development, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong lead conversion and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel.
