OPERATIONS MANAGER Company: Sony Fashion Studio

- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Handle and supervise photo editing, video editing, sales and social media teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage employee attendance, performance and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project deadlines, quality standards and deliverables.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain discipline, accountability and professional communication within the team.
- Report directly to senior management regarding team performance and business operations. Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.




- Strong knowledge of workflow and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously.
- Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Strong decision-making and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience in operations or team management.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees preferred.
- Experience in photography, media, advertising, event or creative agencies is an advantage.
- Must have robust reporting and management skills.
- Must be comfortable with on-site work.
