As we expand our presence across Delhi NCR, we are seeking an experienced education-sector professional with established institutional relationships who can help us connect with schools and develop long-term collaborations. About the Prospect We are looking for a Head – School Relations & Education Networks who possesses a strong existing professional network within the private-school education ecosystem, particularly across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Greater Noida. This opportunity is particularly suited to former CBSE professionals, experienced school administrators, retired principals, education network coordinators, and senior professionals who have worked closely with school leadership and management. We are looking for someone who understands how schools operate, how institutional decisions are made, and how to establish meaningful relationships with school owners, directors, principals, chairpersons, trustees, and governing bodies. An established network of school decision-makers is central to this role. The selected professional will work directly with Mentora's founding team and play an important role in expanding our presence within the Indian education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. School Leadership Networking
• Leverage established professional relationships to facilitate introductions and meetings with principals, school directors, chairpersons, trustees, and management committees.
• Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with leading private and CBSE-affiliated schools in Delhi NCR.
• Identify opportunities to engage with individual schools, school groups, and multi-campus educational institutions.
• Develop a sustainable network of school leadership contacts and institutional collaborators. 2. CBSE & Educational Network Engagement




• Facilitate professional engagement with established school networks, educational associations, and school leadership communities.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration through Sahodaya School Complexes, educational forums, and relevant school management associations.
• Provide insights into CBSE-affiliated school administration, institutional priorities, and school-level decision-making processes.
• Identify relevant educational conferences, leadership gatherings, and institutional forums where Mentora can establish its presence. 3. Strategic Institutional Outreach
• Introduce Mentora Health's vision and student wellbeing solutions to school leadership.
• Facilitate high-quality institutional meetings and discussions with relevant decision-makers.
• Work alongside the founding team in presenting the platform's value proposition to educational institutions.
• Identify opportunities for awareness workshops, pilot programmes, and long-term school partnerships.
• Support follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and partnership development through to formal institutional agreements. 4. Institutional Advisory & Expansion
• Advise the founding team on effective engagement strategies for Delhi NCR's private-school ecosystem.
• Provide practical insights into school governance, institutional requirements, and decision-making structures.
• Identify promising school networks and potential opportunities for regional expansion.
