Job Description
VR Enterprises is looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them in finding suitable loan options.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Contact potential customers through telecalling and follow up on loan enquiries.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead details, and customer records.
- Convert interested prospects into loan applications and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Support customers throughout the loan application process.
