- Drive wedding sales and work toward revenue targets.
- Build relationships with couples, families, wedding planners and referral partners.
- Understand clients needs and create tailored wedding proposals.
- Lead client meetings, resort visits, negotiations and bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth planning , operations and event experience. *Qualifications and skills*
- Sales experience in destination weddings, events,
hospitality or a related industry is required, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Gujarati, Marwari or Sindhi is a bonus.
- A strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a passion for numbers and growth.
