Role & responsibilities
- Source mechanical and electrical components and manage RFIs, RFQs, quotation evaluations, and supplier selection.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop competitive suppliers in alignment with the global procurement strategy.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, lead times, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet technical and business requirements.
- Drive cost reduction, supplier localization, and supplier development initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD) and parts per million (PPM), and drive improvement actions.
- Manage supplier documentation, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
- Identify and mitigate supplier, contractual, and commercial risks in coordination with Global Procurement.
- Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and lead-time master data in the ERP system.




- Support procurement and strategic sourcing activities across the Resolux Group as required. Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or Business Studies (International Relations/Foreign Trade).
- 510 years of experience in global sourcing or strategic procurement.
- Proven experience managing international suppliers and supplier relationships.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Experience working in a global organization and multicultural setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in procurement for wind energy or automotive projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central 365 is preferred.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
