We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Generate leads through social media, calls, and networking.
- Assist clients in property visits and site inspections.
- Explain property details, pricing, and locations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets. Required

Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.




- Basic knowledge of real estate and property markets.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic smartphone and social media knowledge. Preferred Candidate:
