5. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect blood, urine, stool and other patient samples as required.
- Perform laboratory investigations as per department protocols.
- Handle and operate laboratory equipment properly.
- Perform routine tests such as CBC, blood sugar, urine analysis and other investigations as assigned.
- Ensure accurate sample labelling and patient identification.
- Maintain proper records of test results and reports.
- Follow internal quality control (IQC) procedures.
- Ensure proper sample storage and disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.
- Monitor reagent stock and report shortages to the lab in-charge.
- Follow biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Handle critical test results and immediately inform the concerned doctor as per hospital protocol.
- Maintain equipment maintenance and calibration records.
- Follow infection control and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.




- Support NABH documentation and audits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality. 6. Educational Qualification
- DMLT / B.
Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- Relevant laboratory training and practical knowledge.
- Valid skilled registration, wherever applicable. 7. Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in a hospital laboratory is preferred. 8. Required Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory investigations.
- Ability to operate laboratory equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts. Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹18,000.00 per month
