· Coordinate Pattern preparation
· Coordinate Sample making 3 PREPARING INITIAL APPROVALS
· Lab dip approval
· Embellishment approval
· Brand trims approval
· Fabric swatches approval 4. COMMUNICATING & RECEIVING APPROVALS FROM BUYER
· Communicate and get approval from buyer on Initial samples via mail
· Communicate and get approval from buyer on Lab dip via mail
· Communicate and get approval from buyer on Embellishment via mail
· Communicate and get approval from buyer on Brand trims via mail
· Communicate and get approval from buyer on Fabric swatches via mail
· Sharing approval details to concerned dept (fabric, planning, stores, quality) 5 FOLLOW-UP BULK FABRIC & TRIMS
· Follow-up on Yarn PO status
· Follow-up on Dyeing status – Lot cutting approvals
· Follow-up on Finished fabric status
· Follow-up on Bulk trim card approvals 6 PP SAMPLE
· Collect fabric from bulk
· Follow-up on Dyeing status – Lot cutting approvals
· Follow-up on Finished fabric status
· Follow-up on Trims PO status
· Follow-up on Bulk trim card approvals 7 TESTING




· Share Fabric samples and required data to quality team for Fpt (Fabric Package Test)
· Share Garment samples and required data to quality team for Gpt (Garment Package Test) 8 PRODUCTION PLANNING
· Preparing ppm (Pre-Production Meeting) details and sharing with IT dept. for entry into software
· Production file preparation
· Share details in person with pattern master for bulk pattern preparation
· Share required details via mail with store dept. for bulk trim card preparation
· Conduct pp meeting
· Coordinate with concerned department heads for Transferring bulk fabric & trims to production units 9 PREPARING SIZE SET SAMPLE
· Give Cutting approval to factory
· Timely Embellishment follow-up
· Collect continuous updates on Sewing to packing progress
· Arrange Pre final inspection
· Update logistics for shipment processing 10 SHIPMENT SAMPLE
· Collect shipment sample from production
· Get approval from buyer 11 POST PRODUCTION
· Prepare packing list
· Offer for final inspection to buying team
· Shipment movement / Despatch
· Preparing order completion report
· Preparing & submit P &L; for the order 12 Other Task
· Perform other duties assigned by MD/CEO or other Senior Management. Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
