Coordinate with trainees and trainers.(Internal & External Trainings) 5. Provide Behavioral & Soft Skills trainings to Guards and Outsourced Staff. 6. Coordinate on floor BLS & Fire trainings 7. Provide on floor Trainings 8. Maintain Training Records and Summary. 9. Training feedback Analysis. 10. Prepare result and certificates for trainings. 11. Certificate distribution 12. Coordinate for functional training. 13. Conduct soft skills and grooming trainings Training Finance monetary: 1. Take declaration from trainees. 2.



Prepare cost deduction sheet & handover to payroll team for deduction. Rewards & Recognition: 1. Collect Star Performer from the feedback forms. 2. Collect Nominations 3. Maintain well-done card records for appraisal process. Survey & Data Analysis 1. Employees Rights & Responsibilities
