Role & responsibilities To operate CNC Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines efficiently and safely to manufacture components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production targets. 1. Operate CNC VMC and HMC machines as per production requirements. 2. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and machining tolerances. 3. Perform machine setting, job loading, unloading, and tool changing. 4. Follow CNC programs and machining instructions. 5. Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as: Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in CNC VMC / HMC machine operation.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
- Valuable knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting.
