Required Education Qualification -
- Post-Graduation in Applied Economics/ Economics/Statistics/ Commerce/ Rural Development /IT or MCA/B.
Tech. (Computer Science) preferably with 1st Division. B. Experience Required-
- He/she should have at least 7+ years of post-qualification of relevant work experience out of which 5 years should be of senior management level in monitoring and evaluation of large developmental projects C. Key Roles & Responsibilities- a. The candidate shall ensure developing executable monitoring mechanisms for tracking progress, performance of Projects at all levels. b. Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission. c. Candidate must be self-motivated to Develop and accelerateCapacity Building activities, cadres, Resource pools, training centres, ensure integration with NRLM reporting system (LokOS), prepare performance dashboard, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, ensure integrity and security of database. d. Preparation of impact reports based on the success and measurable indicators against each project. e. Development of proposals, RFP, MoU as and when directed by client. f. Attend State/ National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc.



and support in finalizing minutes of meeting to other State Program Managers as and when required. g. Team management at district level across Haryana. h. Support State Program Managers of other domains. i. Other assignments as per directions of client. D. Skills Required-
- Skill Set-Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the government work setting (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations). Practical knowledge of MS Office, E-mail. Knowledge of objectives of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM, RSETI, DDU-GKY), Exertise in developing and implementing Monitoring framework, Annual Action Plan against the targets and achievement and tracking. Monitoring of LoKOS, NRLM-MIS, Knowledge of developing and implementation of weekly review format, Monthly Progress Report, Quarterly Progress Report, Annual Reports for State Government, MoRD, Gol.
Knowledge of Baseline surveys. Expertise in report writing and compilation of data, team management, training skills, liaison with State Government Departments, NMMUs at MoRD, Gol. Result oriented self-motivated attitude to conduct and monitor baseline/ midline/ endline surveys under scope of DAY-NRLM. E. Last Date of Apply:
