Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Facade Designer to prepare accurate facade drawings, coordinate with clients and site teams and support the smooth execution of facade projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare facade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret architectural drawings, project specifications and site measurements to develop accurate drawings.
- Work on ACP cladding, facade glazing, aluminium sections and related facade systems as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors and other teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and incorporate revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, technical specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain drawing records, revision history and documentation, ensuring timely submission and updates.
- Support site execution by providing drawing clarifications and incorporating approved changes.
