Required Experience
- 4-6 years as Business Analyst.
- Exposure to ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Robust documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Support workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Assist with UAT planning and execution.
- Track requirements traceability and project deliverables.
- Support CMDB data quality and reporting initiatives. Required Experience
