Prepare fabrication, layout, GA, and detailed manufacturing drawings along with Bills of Materials (BOM) as per project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop detailed 2D engineering drawings for static equipment based on design inputs.
- Interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and P&IDs; to ensure accurate drafting outputs.
- Prepare and update AS-BUILT drawings based on revisions and client comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with ASME, API, IS, and related standards.
- Prepare plate cutting layouts and detailed component drawings with BOM updates.
- Perform component-wise material and weight calculations.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for drawing approvals and execution.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D knowledge preferred).
- Good knowledge of pressure vessels and static equipment drafting.
- Familiarity with ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API, and ISO/ASME dimensioning standards.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, welding details, material selection, and GD&T.;
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, datasheets, and P&IDs.;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
