We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Recovery Agent to manage pending fee collections from students and customers. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely fee recovery through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with students and parents regarding pending course fees and outstanding payments.
- Make outbound calls, send WhatsApp messages and emails for payment reminders.
- Maintain records of pending payments, collection status and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the accounts and admission teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Convince students to clear outstanding dues through effective communication and negotiation.
- Achieve monthly fee recovery and collection targets.
- Handle payment disputes and queries professionally.
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in recovery,



telecalling, fee collection or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the education or coaching industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle payment follow-ups professionally. Required Skills
